Instead of expensive "protein" bars. £1.25 for a 450g pot of Plain Skyr yoghurt. It is 3 servings of 150g. One serving is Zero fat but packs 15.9g of protein. A natural and much cheaper post workout snack or a pudding with fruit

Only £1 can be eaten hot or cold. Tasted really nice and the whole pack is 300 cal. A great lunch just as it is if you need a ready made meal.
