I'm weighing in. No weight lost, no weight gained!
Today for the 100th time, I am restarting counting calories. I've always been successful with it, until I start to backslide.
I figure one of these times I'll stick with it, so I'll keep trying. Maybe this time will be it! I'm really tired of feeling like rubbish from eating rubbish food.
I'm also lactose intolerant and histamine intolerant. I haven't been sticking to my special diet like I should and it makes every day miserable. I've decided it can't go on like that.
So, let's give this another try! 👍
125.5 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 64.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
