I’m going to lose the will with this weight. I thought I had a good week, kept in calories, drank my water, completed three runs, been active for the other days. And still we are solidly stuck. I know it’s a mind game as I know my clothes feel better and I know I’m doing the right thing but stepping on that scale this morning has sent my mental health all crappy and I’m now being dominated by a bloody number 😩 My period is due any day now so I’m hoping that may have an effect but it has been more than just this week. This time last year I was lighter and that’s annoying me too!! Rant over x

It's so frustrating! Remember your NSVs 🙌 sounds like your building lean muscle which will affect the scales. I know it's easy to say but try and ignore the scales if you're looking and feeling good.

This is an interesting example of how we beat ourselves up! You 'thought' you had a good week..........you DID have a good week!! Kept in calories, drank water, 3 runs, active, clothes feel better. It's harder to get scale victories the closer you get to target so don't get disheartened.

Exactly what Anne said, you’ve had an amazing week, and remember, many are not even slightly as active, as you, and your body will thank you for it, health and fitness isn’t just weight loss, it’s all those other things we all overlook . Well done you 👍🏻💪🏻👏🏻

Thank you for your lovely comments 😊 it was a moment of weakness and I feel better knowing that I am doing the right thing regardless of the scales! 🥰 I’ve even signed up to a 10k run to motivate myself in my running x
