Hello All,
I am fasting 15 hours and 30 min in the month of Ramadan. I am eating very low calories diet. May be it help me to lose weight i can't do exercise while fasting but I am offering prayers and Travih (Tarawih (Arabic: تراويح‎) refers to extra prayers performed by Muslims at night in the Islamic month of Ramadan it will also helps to burn calories.


Will update my weight after Ramadan ends on 29 July. Keep exercising Good luck to all of u..
104 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
