had covid. two weeks ago and managed to put on 4 lbs thru comfort eating and drinking. mine came out like a heavy flu type cold. lost my taste in the end. .I'm not contagious any more but still feel tired and wanting to eat super sweet stuff as my taste lacking. shame really. I was doing ok. now it's a battle again..🤔
