14% body fat on the calipers for 3 days. Six days ago was 15%. Excellent. Weight still within .2 pounds for some reason. It used to do this to me in the past as well. I thought I'd see the drop today. Today is the low calorie day, so maybe tomorrow. Not concerned due to body fat measurement.

If you didnt lift today and you went low cal, then my theory says you will see the drop tomorrow. I usually see my drops after rest days.

Good job! Love the quotes , esp "Progress...". My mom was always saying "early bird gets the worm". Let the bird have the worm! Not that I hang in bed, got things to do!

If your body fat % is dropping and your weight is staying relatively steady you are doing great. It means that you are adding lean mass. The overall goal is not to lose weight, but to lose fat. Great Job!
