From begining of Feb my weight went to 170lb this is why I havnt updated it on here I was embarrassed, some of its lazy if I don't cook for the family I eat crap, or I'm stuffing my face on an evening watching TV, I suffer with my knees and the only person I'm hurting is me as I suffer more weight more pain. So this week iv tracked calories and kept my hands in my pocket and lost 3lb here's to next week 🙏🤞good luck everyone xx

No need to be embarrassed my darling Heather for me I know it’s due to ill health think it’s a good idea to go for a check up 😊🤗🤗🤗 be kind to your amazing self I’ve said it before weight doesn’t define who we are we loose weight to feel happier not a reason for anxiety or embarrassment love u xxx

No feel embarrassed or despondent even. we're all here with issues around our weight whether it b wanting to lose or gain. b kind to yourself as you are to others. pick ur chin up off the floor and push on! we're all behind u and good luck for the coming week x

I have seen many on here who aren't honest and seem to be just blowing their trumpets. It is refreshing to see someone who is honest and who needs like I do to try to be consistant. I have been under the specialist weight managment team, don't my own thing and it is so hard. My present mantra when I really am needing food, craving it, is 'I don't want to be fat any more' which somehow seems to help me not gloss over the reason for being careful Take care and God bless. My hubby has bad knees and is now heavy and it doesn't help at all does it? We are all embarrassed. well done x
