Everybody has a bad day every now and then. Yesterday was my day. I didn't sleep well the night before. I knew I had a busy day planned when I woke up as tired as when I went to sleep. I missed a doctor's appointment and got pissed with myself and although I had planned to go to the gym, I didn't go.

I ate way under my calorie goal, missed my protein goal, and did not meet all activity goals. 1011 kcal deficit // BF↓0.2% // Sleep Goal met // feed day
68.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Yes, John...everyone does have bad days & ur not exempt. That said, ur hard work, progress, & results are evident🤙🏽
