so I had a doctors appointment today and had to be weighed and i was so nervous because I was waiting until Sunday to weigh myself as I do every week anyway.. as I explained to the doctor how I had been feeling depressed because of my weight gain and what I had been doing to really try lose a few pounds she told me my weight.. I didn't believe her and what she had told me so iv just been on my own scales to see the numbers for myself and a massive drop!! I actually can't believe this, it's definitely lifted my spirits alot today!
96.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
