I'm glad it is going down was getting a little stressed as it's so slow at going down.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 36.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know that feeling. I feel like I'm trying so hard yet only losing small amounts. but I think in a way it's a positive thing because u won't put it back on so fast. good luck and keep going 👏👏👏
