Hey, it's been a while been with mirgrain for most of last week + time of the month fun time. Usally my bad habits start taking root when I'm ill and no exercise but It be good to get back into some kinda routine especially logging into FS. I'm too scared to weigh myself today bit do it tomorrow; I hope.
