Back at it once again. I've been exercising, but the weight keeps creeping up so I need to become diligent about recording EVERYTHING I eat. So today begins a new plan. It's amazing how quickly weight comes back. I'm mad and sad and will channel these emotions in a positive direction. Can't believe I've put on 10 lbs in about 2 months. Boo.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
