I am following my Diet and exercise Strictly

I am brisk walking 45 minutes daily and 10 to 15 minutes of running and some abdominal exercise.

I lost 1.5 KG in 15 days I am very very happy...

106 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 26 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
