my scales are not 100% ...they say 222.6 so I put in 223...il adjust after next doctors weigh in but WOOHOO didn't expect to have lost that much...go me!! 😊💪🏻

101.2 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg. Still to go: 41.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
