Okay so this last week I’ve had my birthday, Thanksgiving and visitors over the weekend. I didn’t log my food and this has to be the biggest one week gain ever!
Back to logging food this week and being a bit more mindful
70.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
