Today I finally began Christmas shopping enjoyed going to the high street took my little Niece we sat down for a bit she had an ice cream was going & stuck to non dairy chocolate drink managed a few more steps than usual so that's a plus 😊😊😊thinking of starting a chemical diet next week will see low cal diet needs time & I don't have time
76.4 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Awwwa that's so sweet Ann it does sound scary but I just eat certain foods together ..... will see am just worried won't be able to loose enough in the next 5 weeks

I think you can lose 2 to 3 lbs a week by counting calories carefully. Would that be enough?

Nadia , I agree with Anne, Counting calories and moving more is the only real way to lose weight and be healthy, You will lose enough in those 5 weeks , And 5 weeks is a long way away.

your profile says you only need to lost 18 pounds. you can lose that easily with a calorie deficit one pound a week for 18 weeks. that;s no time at all. Please don't mess around with faddy diets that are not sustainable.
