First official day of maintenance completed with a minuscule deficit.
Celebrated last night with two glasses of wine.

For the last week I have been using 10kg dumbells and doing biceps curls - 10 reps for each arm
randomly when I remember but about ten times a day. This morning I managed ten press ups IIRC a new Personal Best

Have a good one
75 kg Lost so far: 30 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thank you Nikina -It was you and the other sporty ladies on this forum that made me realise that I needed to exercise as well diet - The inspiration goes both ways.
