Third day of no cake and another hefty deficit went through without fuss.
It also was a lazyish day with just 5000 steps and a 30 minute HASfit HIIT tabata for exercise as i want to be daily rested for a long Low Heart rate run this morning - I am just getting ready for that now.

I do plan to break the cake famine and have a piece today after all it's the weekend!
