Mini update - Run completed that's minus 1248 calories then after that some of that some well earned apple cake was scoffed -See exhibit A which accounted for a plus 378 calories. That's the last of the cake. Just some crumble left for pudding tonight. I will have to try for a low carb day tomorrow.

Todays garden produce is Florence fennel and beetroot. The fennel was not very successful but enough for our fish dinner tonight.
