In total I've lost 6lbs in a week.... I'm astonished, this is totally changing my diet... Doing 1000cals Mon - Fri, 1500 cals Sat & Sun! I feel like I haven't lost out still had the odd treat, but becoming really conscious of what I'm eating and drinking!!! Oh I hope this is it, I hope this is the big change I needed!! Still a very long way to go!!!
93.4 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
