Down to 16 stone 9.2 lbs so all in all my knee feels a little better now. I can now fully weight bare with no pain so next week will start light training and stretching. My mental health took a knock I seem really frustrated more easily and more trapped but I think that's more down to the recent conversation with neurology finally who hinted that the headaches are here to stay and his preliminary diagnosis before the mri is chronic migraines 😭😭. I am really happy with my progress both in quitting unhealthy relationships with food and smoking but feel like when I accomplish one good thing another road block appears elsewhere and the fires are always being fought. But determined as ever I will not be beaten so onto another week and hope you all have a good rest of your weekend 😊😊
