Well it's 1.1kg damage from a weekend blast, the weight took me eighteen days to lose and just two and a half days to gain!

Obviously this week will be all about recovering. Firstly I am going for two consecutive 1000+ daily calorie deficits.
Theoretically that should account for about half of it. Then it's three or four days with a 500 deficit which should see me back to where I was. If this plan works and it takes me a week to recover from a gluttony weekend It will make me much less anxious about Christmases and future food events going forward.
