Back from my weekend get together where not a shit was given to maintaining any sort of a calorie deficit by me. A great time being had with lots of good mates obviously trumps my diet by a large margin - The weather was nice enough to allowed us to the all of the main cooking outside. I stayed up till 2AM on Friday and after the first 3 days of the month reckon to be about 4500 calories overdrawn!

I will be weighing in tomorrow and assessing the full damage.
Tonight I'm just plain knackered.

There was Souvlaki, Beefburgers, Rack of ribs, Point end brisket,Bacon, Chipolatas, Pizza, pork pie, Scones and Jam+ cream plus loads of biscuits and cakes. Never knowingly under catered appears to be the rule. I did the Brisket sous vide 24 hrs and then in a smoker for 2 hrs - Also I sorted the pizzas.

The black smoked ribs were fantastic.

Now it's back to normality
