Maintaining after pizza night. Did not work out yesterday as planned. Officially I cut my work hours but in practical reality this hasn’t materialized yet!
61.1 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
