Don't let it distract you Cherry. I'm sure the losses will come, make your plan and stick to it. I find the planning easy, the sticking to it is so hard at times. Sounds like you have a lot on right now, so baby steps xx

It's probably due to the wine I have had recently but I have been more active so hopefully it's just a blip. Thanks everyone ☺ xx

I have given up wine now (more or less) I just have Mediterraen Orange Gin and diet tonic instead. Then top my glass up with diet tonic. It has made life much easier, diet wise.
