Day 92 - That's three months of diet effort completed On day one I started as a total couch potato, my weight was 95 kg and my BMI 30.4 I'm not even walking round a one mile block in my village or doing any physical exercise of note in the preceding six months. 92 days later and I am 78.5kg on the scales having lost 16.5kg, now have a BMI of 25.1 and yesterday have just completed a hilly 5k park run in just over 32 minutes. Last night we ate the second moussaka made using our own aubergines CW apple pie and cream it was lovely and it totalled 1470 calories - For lunch I was spoiled with fresh anchovies, plus I had some cake so I managed only a 110 calorie deficit for the day. Hopefully today I can recover a little. In garden news my wife won first prize in our village show for her dahlias and got a trophy for best overall flowers. We also gave some of our produce for the harvest festival. Final photo is our haul of chillies for the year from grown from 4 seeds. Stay safe and have a great Sunday

Many thanks to all for the nice sentiments - I am of course feeling quite proud of myself. Claire is as well of course. We have just had a nice day messing about in the garden and the sun is out, from my room I can hear the chink of glasses in the kitchen as gin o'clock approaches.
