I’m pleased to say that I don’t break out in hives anymore when working out 👍🏻🎉 Bought some Polyester/Elastane active wear leggings from the Yours brand.
Keeps me cool, finally making progress! 3rd week of weight loss! 😃

102 kg Lost so far: 17 kg. Still to go: 42 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.1 kg a Week
