What to do if you stay the same weight for a long time?
104 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Increase activity levels or decrease calories. I would go for option 1 if you are already in a low calorie diet. Good luck 🤞

The good thing is...you are maintaining. But, yes, something will need to be tweaked to start losing again. Diet usually!

drink more water 💧eat less salt have smaller meal portions ...never give up on yourself

anne_45 is right maintaining is good . Often it's just small changes that can help . Dont get too down about it . I often think weight loss comes in stages. you lose loads then stay the same then lose again x

like Paula said if you're already in deficit... try toughing up your exercise routine to shake things up. I was in plateau for 2 months until I tried more tougher workouts and, like Sammy said, try drinking more water and watch your salt intake 🙂

Thanks for the advice. I can’t do much exercise because I have angina. I’m trying to walk more.
