northernmusician's Journal, 02 Mar 14

Up a bit. Not worried. Yesterday was my first day of bulking and I imagine it will all settle into place over the next three or four days. Having fun with food. Mom always told me I shouldn't play with my food, but I think it's safer than eating it all.

Ha, Buffy. It's been a long time since I've been involved in a food fight. I wonder if dieters who get angry with family who eat a bunch of treats during a meal shouldn't start one? Might be therapeutic. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE!!!

I view most of these "treats" as pseudo foods, unfit to consume. In this case a food fight would have my blessing - as long as I don't have to clean up the mess!

PS - Classic and I answered some of your questions on my journal.

I used to play with my food, like lining up the peas and carrots in little rows, but I'd eventually eat them. I think it's only bad to play with your food if you don't plan on eating it...eventually, right? LOL.

So you're saying it's okay to play with cake, butter, cheesecake, etc? :) I think that would be tempting fate for me.
