Down to 223.4 after another lower calorie, high protein day. I am trying to eat a relatively small lunch to save calories for a larger dinner. Working thus far. Keeping my fat and carb macros on target.
101.3 kg Lost so far: 46.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
