Hi everyone! Yes, you can dump all your ingredients into the bowl, which also allows you to rinse them. Then you affix the bottom, flip it over, and use a knife to cut through each slot. Then you slide the bowl a half turn and cut each slot again. Then you dump into a serving bowl and enjoy! It works great!

I got it on Amazon.com for $10. But it's a bit small... Denise got me a larger one from Pampered Chef that is on its way.
