I'm beginning to think at 2300 calories I'm slightly below maintenance. Enjoying a wonderful breakfast as I come in to update. Have a great day everyone. Stick to it. It's not forever.

Oh, I will. Todays breakfast kind of got out of hand, lol. 900 calories.
