Day 19 I have just purchased a Huawei fitness band at it arrived late this morning, I charged it and It was tested on my walk today. It synced with my phone and found it's own GPS without a problem. I should now be able to track my key activity metrics much easier and also via GPS accurately track my couch to 5K progress when I start week two of the plan tomorrow.

Net calorie deficit for today was on track at -1166 calories.
89.9 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
