Day 17 - A frustrating five days without recording any losses despite an average daily deficit of 934 calories.
There is plenty to be pleased about though. It appears to me that my belly is shrinking so I have just measured it as 42" so going forward I can keep track. Also my BP appears to have improved from 134/75 when last measured in April to 120/68 over the last few days.

Today I am going to spend my time mostly gardening and we will be eating home picked mange tout, potatoes, spring onions lettuce and tomatoes. Also today is my last active day of week one of couch to 5K plan I think I have identified a route that should be very close to 5k- Surprisingly so far even at 90Kg and nearly 64 I am not finding this plan a chore at all.
90.6 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
