I weighed 222.2 after May's five-day fasting-mimicking diet followed by a brisk, fasted 5K walk around my neighborhood.
100.8 kg Lost so far: 46.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
