No workouts this week and just ate what I want.
Consistency is the hardest thing for me.
Honestly I just want to be like fux it who cares but why throw in the towel to be disgusted by myself. I see results and feel like super woman so I must keep going. I must find consistency. I must keep PUSHING
82.3 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is very hard to get the balance right. A lifetimes work really. Keep at it.

It is very hard at times, I watched a guy called James Smith on FB and he explained about our months cycle and how it equates to food and weight and how we could say F it on days 15-19 and it wouldn’t matter, but if we say F it in days 25-28 it would and guess what, we want to say F it more during days 25-28 🙄, it was a really good watch.

Honestly it's so disheartening sometimes. But I will keep going.l, I have to we are trying to change life habits. Thank you Fox I'll definitely check it out.
