Is this even possible?
I just started a low carb diet 5 days ago and in that small amount of time I've lost almost 4 kgs??? I've checked and double checked and that's what the scale says.
I guess it would be possible if I had a lot of fluid retention, right?
120.5 kg Lost so far: 14 kg.    Still to go: 59.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It could be a combination of things but it’s still a great loss! So well done 🤗. Just keep an eye on the next week. Long-term: recording weekly at the same time of day is really useful for me
