I was so good last week, and slipping a little this week 😭.. I don't understand how some people on here can lose like 2-5 pounds in 1 week😱 .. I struggle to lose a pound a week if that.. I did 2 24 hour fasts last week which helped me lose a bit more, but its very difficult..and hard to continue..any suggestions on how to accelerate my results?? I feel as though I'm struggling a lot more now than I have in the past 😪
73.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's ok...we all go through this experience and it can really get to you. Sometimes it's worth having a day or two off to ease the stress a bit. Lots of water, could check macros, exercise, regular fasting? Ask around and you'll get ideas from others too..but don't beat yourself up...your meals look superb and you've lost a lot so far!😊

Thank you. I do IF but could up my game with working out more. I've never looked into macros..not sure what it is.. I usually count calories and carb intake. Thanks for your advice 👍😁

No problem....it sounds like a lot of people are plateauing at the moment! It could be stress! Macros are fat,carbs and protein intake. Depends on how your body reacts. Usually lower carb, high protein and low fat is what a lot of people do. And changing the exercise every little while can help our body to adapt to working diff body parts! Good luck and just ask..people will give you advice!

Don’t stress! You’ve got this. Don’t worry about whoever is losing 5lb a week. You’d be doing fantastically to consistently lose 2lb but I think it’s possible. Are you keeping track of every single bite and sip? It’s so much harder with kids around

Mina I agree with others said here, first what a lot of people do wrong is to only count calories. From my perspective it might work for some for some time but you have to make sure you are eating nutritious food. Your body needs fats, carbs and protein (or at least that’s the key ones). You can make amazing meals with the perfect balance and low in calories for example. Make sure you are eating enough of what your body needs because you can get bag of chips for less than 100 calories but is it a good use of 100 calories? Not really. I would rather swap it for 2 eggs. Don’t be disheartened by the numbers on the scales because let me you.. I haven’t been checking my weight for a week now as I know I am having a lot of stress lately but I am still focused. I can see changes on my body. Why will I let the scales interfere with my progress? I am getting leaner and I can see it 😊 Good luck!

Thank you, you guys are right.. i shouldn't obsess with the number on the scales. I do eat lots of salad, veg and nuts, I feel like my body gets what it needs.. and since trying to eat better I do feel better in myself so that is what I should focus on. I guess I just wanted to see results alot sooner.
