Two weeks to undo all my work 😢 Totally lost motivation, I seem to use it all up remaining perky during the day. At least my mental health is good, even if my weight isn’t.
84.9 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Trust me, having your mental health is a huge deal. Lockdown has totally messed mine up.... So, whatever else you do, keep looking after your mental health!!! At least you're not back to square one with your weight. Get back up on that wagon & keep going. You can do it!!! 💪💕
