havent bn documenting what i eat etc but will from today. Need to get bak on it, n in a better routine x

I just seem to be good one week, then crap the next, but have given myself a talking too lol, have slightly changed my exercises, walking with Poppy wee bit more, n trying to swim at least 3 times a week, Thank you 😊

Don't be too hard on yourself,,it sounds like ur doing great with ur exercise,,is Poppy ur dog? U should post a pic...I love dogs!!

Poppys my bestie, shes a wee cutie, shes a wee spaniel, big floppy ears, runs about like a shirl wind lol, I'll take a photo of her for you Bootylicious 1
