Happy with weight loss this week. No more excuses, gonna get myself a wee fitness plan, its All here in this ap, so no exvuse " Lizzie". I want to be fitter, want to be less puffed out, n its down to me, no-one else. Gonna start with the basics, nothing crazy, no going hell for leather as I usually d, but will be pacing myself. Gonna get my bestie to help me get a wee plan together x Ill hopefully be swimming at least 3 times a week, more if I can get someone to buddy up with me. Gonna walk every day, n start with gentle exercises. Starting today 🏊♀️ 🐕🦺
