Maybe you should change to something that is "easier" or more enjoyable for you to do? Hang in there, and don't get discouraged. If what you're doing isn't working, try something else.

Thanks for the support! I've given myself a stern talk, got out for a run and am going to focus on my goal and not focus on the food I miss. Today is a new start.

It is hard. No doubt. But the longer you leave it, the harder it gets. Keep going!

My problem was thinking : I will only eat today and start my diet on Monday. Well.. here is me out of shape and not feeling good in any clothes that I used to before. Gyms closed, I am more at home but... there is no excuse. We just need the motivation to start and I found this app which is really keeping me focused.

Aw Allosaur it does get us when we feel like we're not getting anywhere...small changes have huge effects. Each little change will add together...do you mind if I ask if you drink lots of water? Only because I was stuck until I started to drink alot! You will get so much support here...reach out and you'll get virtual love! There are real people behind it tho! lol. 🥰

Hey I know how you feel. I do well then some how I kind of fall short. But what we don't want to do is give up. We gotta keep it going. You can do. I believe in you.

try and just check your weight once a week first thing in the morning instead of daily. you have been losing weight so obviously your doing something right. keep it up you can do this

You can do it! It's so hard not to feel fed up (ha ha) when your weigh-in goes up but it's all part of the pattern and it WILL go down again. Keep focused on the long - term!
