Well daymmm I expected an increase but that's wild.
To be fair my eating habits for the past 2 weeks have been that of a hibernating bear. But we are back on track now
81.5 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's has gotten colder and I have been a bit of a snacker this week too... I try to excercise or walk more to balance it out if i can. Good you're aware of it...means you know how to smash it! you go girl!
