Maintaining and am pleased with that. I think my goal is too low...so I have to reconsider. Body changes a lot after a baby...and I'd rather be fit and healthy than have crazy unrealistic expectations. Thank you all for your consistent support...you have all helped to inspire me to stay healthy!❤❤❤

You’re doing great, and you’re the boss. So much changes after a baby and I think you have to rediscover yourself. You also have to be gentle on yourself and not try and compare yourself to before : it’s a huge and amazing thing, making a human being, and it carries on being huge as you parent them!

Thank you Kate, I'm so pleased to think I could inspire. I started Dec 2019, couple months after I had my little one. I actually started with exercise before counting cals, but my body found it hard after a c-section so started to count. I do 1400 cals most days...but if I go over couple hundred I don't stress too much, as I exercise often now. I do have cheat days at the weekend too. 😊❤

Well not quite lol...but I'm trying to stay positive and weigh monthly so I don't get too obsessive and stressed. How are you finding counting cals? X

you've done amazing and being healthy is the right thing to do. sometimes I think that we look in the mirror and we're too tough on ourselves. good on you for figuring out what's best for you👍🏻😁
