I am getting so close to a weight I haven't seen in years. I am really pleased but I'm still seeing my gut, plus a ton of stretch marks from 2 kids. Not sure when enough is enough weight loss. How do you target that gut?

Gut problems? I am on low carb high fat increase meat and reduced fruit and veg and gut problems gone! No probiotics . Ibs gone! Reflux gone. Replace olive oil fry food for goose fat and lard. Working wonders!

I have many health issues, but this diet helped with dry eye syndrome as well when I took off pepper only use salt now! Olive oil can cause reflux I had some yesterday and I had reflux.

I love lentils but I did cut all lectins and spices, all gluten and diary. Basically I am living on a almost carnivore and fish diet and reflux and ibs gone with goose fat and lard. No gluten means no couscous. Also no sugar. Healing the gut means high fat and meat good meat! Back to basics from caveman and it works no the gut and intestines, which relates to my problems : ra , food allergies and ibs and hypothyroidism. Good luck with the gut!

I know it is hard ! I am ordering unfiltered olive oil to try. Maybe olive oils are adulterated theses days. I don’t know. I cannot have any other oils as it causes extreme reflux.
