arrgghhh so annoying! hopefully my scales will be nicer to me next week

Thanks I will, didn't think it would be this hard but I guess the closer you get to your goal the harder it gets... I'm using stripfast 5000, the chocolate flavour is amazing and it keeps me full til dinner time. Hope you're ok Hun x

I'm good yeah finally feel on a roll it's crazy how much better just managing to havea good week with food helps. Have you tried mixing up diet completely our bodies can go on a stand still. Your so close now xx

So happy for you, keep it up!😃 I've been changing my macros % trying to eat more protein and less carbs. I've cut out all potato, bread, rice etc so I'm going to give it another week and see. I've noticed I'm usually 1 week down and the week after there's no change its like a pattern so maybe next week will be good🤞🏻

Not too bad to be honest but my carbs still seem quite high so need to work on that. 😂 Wiggyjp I don't have this magic tile where can I get o e???😅😂

Well I seem to have several magic tiles. Some seem more adept in magical prowess however. I can loose 6lb depending on the tiles personal wizardry 🧙
