Last weeks daily average intake was 1987cals per day = no loss no gain. Im not as active work wise so not burning as much. Prob need to drop to 1700 per day.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
