Valentine food and drink over weekend made last weeks daily average up to a big 2084 cals per day. Was 3 pound down on Friday but put it all back on for my Monday morning weigh in.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
