I just can’t lose weight, do the job I do AND keep myself happy. Something had to give, it’s not going to be me.
83.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree with EmpressJ ,,,health and happiness are more important and stress does terrible things to the body physically and mentally,,so take ur time,,FS will still be here when ur ready ♥️
