Are you drinking enough water?

Weight fluctuates throughout the month especially us women, stay positive, drink more water, try eat cleaner, if you’ve lost inches that’s amazing well done!

It could be water or salt you know. We are having takeaway tonight, the first one in ages, and I know I have no way of measuring the salt or calories. Expecting things to go a bit wonky for a while after. It’s really hard when the results don’t match the effort but as you say you are losing inches so it is paying off x

It can be frustrating when we don’t see those results but keep going and positive small changes help reach those goals and maintain those good habits x

Sometimes it takes a while for all your work to catch up with you! You’re doing all the right things and your body will be thanking you in other ways :)

it's normal, don't beat yourself to it... I haven't lost any weight for more than 2 weeks now but my measurements have dropped few cm everywhere... check your measurements too as you'd check your weight and you have probably lost some 😊 we're on the same battle, be strong, you'll get there 💞

You're doing really well, I've plateaued too, but think it's fluid retention. Make sure to drink plenty of water to shift it if it's the same for you.

Your meals are lovely, healthy, and delicious! You have been working so hard and this must have been very hard to take. Sometimes our body adjusts and it's not always easy to find out why. It's okay to sit down and cry, we're all here for each other when we stumble. It's the journey matters, maybe you will see the difference in a week or two, so keep up the good work!

Keep strong if you’ve been good it will be doing good somewhere you have been doing this long enough to know that it sometimes sticks so keep strong I know it can be anxious when it doesn’t move but keep with it and you will reap the benefits

I promise it won’t last. Keep doing what you’re doing. I’ve gone through so many ups and downs on this journey but stay strong. You’ll get there, don’t give up now you’ve done so well.
